Kirill Kotsegarov

I am a 23 year old triathlete from Estonia. I started my athlete career as a swimmer 10 years ago and for the past 6 years I have been doing triathlon. I belong to a national team.  Since last year, I have been focusing on longer distances, as my goal is to win Hawaii Ironman.

I am a two-time Estonian elite class champion in 70.3 Ironman, two-time elite class champion in duathlon, two-time silver medal owner in Olympic distance triathlon, and also triple junior champion in triathlon.During next summer, I am planning to attain the Bachelor´s degree in Environmental Technology and after it I am committing myself entirely to triathlon. While studying and training, I have been working for 3 years as a spinning instructor at a sports centre. I also have FAF (Finland Academy of Fitness) spinning trainer´s license.
